Refund Policy
Try before you buy
KINETIC includes a free, full-featured 7-day trial inside the plug-in. Please test it in your own DAW and workflow before purchasing.
14-day refund review
If you bought a license and have a problem we cannot solve, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your refund request in good faith. We will normally approve a refund when the Software does not work as described on this site on your supported system and we could not fix the issue.
How to request a refund
- Email craftedhertz@gmail.com from the address you used to buy.
- Include your order number or license key, your operating system and DAW, and a short description of the problem.
We answer within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued through Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
After a refund
A refunded license is deactivated automatically and the Software returns to its unlicensed state at the next online check.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase and refund of the same product, or where local law requires otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
