E-Commerce & Software Licensing

To provide a secure and reliable checkout experience, we partner with Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a license for Resynth or any of our software products, your payment and billing information is processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy. Crafted Hertz does not store or process your credit card details. We only receive the necessary information (such as your name and email address) required to issue your software license keys, manage your account, and provide technical support.

Plugin Usage & Telemetry

We respect your creative environment. Our VST3/AU plugins (such as Resynth) do not collect or transmit your personal audio files, DAW session data, or sensitive local files. The plugin only requires an internet connection during the initial activation of your license or during the 7-day trial verification, where it communicates with the Lemon Squeezy API to validate your key. Once activated, a local encrypted configuration file is stored on your machine to authorize offline use.

Log Files & Website Analytics

Crafted Hertz follows a standard procedure of using log files on our website. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable and are used solely for site optimization and technical debugging.
