Software Licensing (EULA)

When you purchase a plugin from Crafted Hertz (such as Resynth), you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for both personal and commercial music production. You may install the software on machines that you personally own and operate. Reselling, transferring, sharing license keys, or distributing the software installers to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property & Restrictions

All DSP algorithms, C++ source code, graphical user interfaces (GUI), visual designs, logos, and audio engines developed by Crafted Hertz remain the sole intellectual property of Crafted Hertz. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our software. "Cracking" or bypassing our license verification system is a violation of international copyright law.

Purchases and Refunds

All commercial transactions are securely processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We strongly encourage all users to download and test the 7-day free trial of our software before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your specific DAW and operating system. Because we offer a fully functional trial period, all sales are considered final unless a critical, unresolvable technical fault prevents the software from functioning on supported systems.

Limitation of Liability

Crafted Hertz provides software on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Crafted Hertz be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, audio project corruption, CPU overload, or loss of profits arising out of the use or inability to use our software.
